For women juggling business, family and the sense that something’s got to give.
This 12-week one-to-one programme combines coaching and breathwork to help you pause,
get clear, and move forward with clarity and a sense of control.
We’ll work together to untangle the overwhelm and create space—for your ideas, your energy, and the version of success that actually fits your life.
Expect a mix of gentle structure, honest conversations, and simple breathing tools to help you reconnect with yourself and your work.

Sessions are available online or in person (walking)

Breathe Better, Feel Better
Feel calmer, sleep better, breathe easier.
This six-week breathwork programme is all about helping you reconnect with your
breath—and feel the difference it can make in your everyday life.
Whether you're dealing with stress, low energy, anxious thoughts, or simply want to breathe
better, this is a gentle, practical introduction to techniques that work with your body and life.
There are two ways to join:

Group sessions – a supportive space to learn and practise together

One-to-one sessions – personalised support tailored to what you need most

You’ll learn how your breathing patterns affect your body, mood and mind—and simple ways
to shift them for the better.
You’ll notice improvements in:

How you manage stress or overwhelm

Sleep, focus and energy levels

Your general sense of wellbeing

Some reduction of common dysfunctional breathing symptoms (case by case)

Sense of calm and feeling in control
Available online, in local clinic or community spaces

This one-to-one package brings together coaching, breathwork and gentle guidance to help
you work through change, burnout, or the feeling that something’s off.
It’s not about rushing to the next thing. It’s about creating space to listen to yourself and
move forward in a way that feels right.
