It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve personally had and I have been using it at night time to help me fall asleep faster and also its been helpful after work to help me unwind after a day at work.
The prisoners have also loved it and especially one of them said that he finds the box breathing exercise very useful especially in a prison environment as it allows him to calm down and think before he reacts.

The breath workshop that Judith delivered at the prison today was superb. It was very informative and inspiring and she pitched it perfectly at her audience.
